Our construction packages are created to provide clarity and structured options to clients. However, final pricing may vary depending on site location, soil condition, design requirements, built-up area, material choices, labour availability, market price changes, statutory approvals, and client-requested changes.
Any package price, starting price, or estimated cost shown on the website should not be treated as a final quotation unless confirmed in writing by URBAN BRIX.
4. Scope of Work
The final scope of work shall be clearly mentioned in the official proposal or agreement. Any item not specifically mentioned in the agreed scope shall be treated as excluded.
Additional works, upgrades, modifications, design changes, material changes, or client-requested revisions shall be charged separately and executed only after mutual confirmation.
5. Design, Drawings & Approvals
All designs, drawings, layouts, 3D views, specifications, and working drawings prepared by URBAN BRIX are based on client inputs, site conditions, and professional judgment.
Statutory approvals, permissions, permits, NOCs, and government-related clearances shall be the responsibility of the client unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Project Timelines
Project timelines are planned based on agreed scope, site readiness, payment schedule, material availability, labour conditions, approvals, weather conditions, and client decisions.
Delays caused due to late payments, delayed approvals, design changes, material changes, client-side decisions, third-party agencies, government authorities, natural events, or site-related restrictions shall not be considered delays from URBAN BRIX.
7. Payments
Payments shall be made as per the agreed payment schedule mentioned in the official proposal or agreement.
URBAN BRIX reserves the right to pause or stop work if payments are delayed or if dues remain unpaid beyond the agreed terms. Work may resume only after pending payments are cleared and revised schedules are mutually discussed.
8. Material Specifications
Materials, brands, finishes, and specifications shall be followed as per the agreed package or contract. Equivalent alternatives may be used where required due to availability, market conditions, technical suitability, or discontinuation of products, while maintaining comparable quality standards.
Any client-requested brand upgrade, finish upgrade, or specification change shall be treated as an additional cost.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client shall provide timely decisions, approvals, access to site, required documents, payments, and cooperation for smooth execution of the project.
Any delay in providing approvals, selections, materials, permissions, or payments may affect the project timeline and cost.
10. Variations & Extra Works
Any work beyond the agreed scope shall be considered extra work. Such works may include design changes, civil modifications, additional construction, upgraded materials, additional finishing works, rework due to client changes, or any item not included in the original agreement.
Extra works shall be billed separately and must be approved before execution.
11. Portfolio & Project Images
URBAN BRIX may use photographs, videos, drawings, renders, walkthroughs, or project details of completed or ongoing works for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and presentation purposes, unless specifically restricted by the client in writing before project commencement.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, brand names, logos, designs, drawings, concepts, images, renders, graphics, and written material belong to URBAN BRIX / The Design Park unless otherwise stated.
No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
This website may contain links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, payment gateways, or other external services. URBAN BRIX is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, availability, or performance of third-party websites or services.
